Two Letters

Letter 1: 09/03/2006 to CMA members

Dear all,

Thank you for coming to CMA Summer Reunion last night. With all your presence, it's a perfect get-together event, which I believe to be a lifelong asset in our minds.

For every CMA member, he/she will confront new challenges in the new semester. The Association will try its best to back him/her all along the way, not only as rewards to him/her contribution, but also a long term support for individuals.

To meet the new demands mentioned above, we would like to see more leadership and drive-force in the Association. New members should prove their outstanding growth potential, practical skills, detail-oriented attitude and exact reasons to join. Directors should take more initiatives to lead teams scoring on daily operations and projects. We will have university-wide or cross-university events in this semester. Details will be disclosed later this month.

All in all, we choose and join CMA for different reasons, but we share the same vision of faster growth on the rail of capital markets. Best wishes for us and for the Association! Move on, my friends!

Letter 2: 12/17/2006 to CMA members

Dear Members, With all your efforts, an important chapter in CMA Career Path Series has been finished this afternoon. Thank you for everything you do for CMA. We appreciate it so much. Our former president, Levi Zhang, contributed his personal time and energy to the preparation of the event. He leveraged his network to invite guests and help us with operation of the event. Monica Jiang and Alex Xiong hosted the event successfully and also contributed their ideas to the organization. The project team as a whole, led by Xu Ying and Wang Guannan, was so efficient and considerate. Jian Lian, the photographer, has recorded the highlights of the event, which will be delivered to you soon. I can't name more, but I surely know there must be many to thank. The event is not only a successful career talk show, but also a great showcase of CMA-styled collaboration and initiative. One can see strong development straits on junior members, who have solved all the problems on the way with outstanding skill set. I am so proud to be one of you, and also think all of us should have the same feeling. The organization is totally a success. We break even financially and smooth every talk session. All the guests appreciated our work while leaving, which demonstrated our high quality. At the same time, I would like to see more initiatives on junior members next year. Every CMA member should have the courage, the ability and also the practice to generate his/her own idea and implement it. Please value the opportunity to work with the best of the best and leverage them to realize your dreams. Our president Richard Tu is now on his flight back to Beijing.
